Peoblame downloading Movies and apps update

i I upgraded to iSO 10 and I started having problems downloading Apps update and TV shows is there a fix

iPad 2 Wi-Fi, iOS 7.0.2

Hi. Start by trying a restart, hold Sleep and Home buttons until you see the Apple. If you still have trouble, try to describe what happens in more detail.

I Still get a pop up unable to download with cancel or retry

Be sure your timezone and region settings are correct for your location. Are you using any type of VPN, unblocker, or DNS service?
